    A. Visit the SCHEDULES link on our website and select the RSVP button for the class you are interested in attending. Follow the instructions for creating a log-in if it is your first visit. Otherwise, enter your log-in information. Follow the prompts to pay online.

Q. What is the greatest value of practicing yoga at Scarsdale Yoga Studios?

A. Personalized attention. Yoga was traditionally taught one-to-one; the teacher and disciple working side-by-side, meeting each other exactly where they are at. Our classes are intentionally kept smaller than other studios to allow the teacher to come to know and understand each student and where they are with their yoga. This lower student-teacher ratio significantly improves the quality of the yoga experience by allowing the teacher to adjust their class to meet the needs of those present, and give more adjustments, both physical and verbal, to each student.

     A. Minors aged 15 and up may attend Adult class if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minors under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend Adult classes . Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend any Hot class with or without a parent.
