Our state of the art facility includes three yoga studios featuring views of the Bronx River from expansive windows, bamboo and cork flooring, and VOC-free paint.  The Hot Studio is equipped with specialized heating and air quality systems including filtration, humidification, and purification.  The two other studios will be for all types of yoga, from Restorative to Vinyasa to Iyengar on “The Great Yoga Wall” as well as small group training, fitness classes and Zumba classes. Our unprecedented team of top yoga instructors are here to expertly lead classes and workshops designed to enlighten, entertain, bring people together and guide them towards awareness, health, and wellbeing.
